Jeanette has worked with individuals, businesses and community organisations to support growth, strengthen leadership capability and build confident, connected workplaces for over 30 years. Combining practical leadership experience with coaching and mentoring expertise, she provides guidance in communication, team development, strategic planning, relationship management and organisational growth.

Originally from Melbourne’s multicultural western suburbs, Jeanette’s professional and personal journey has also been shaped by living in regional East Gippsland, Victoria. This combination of metropolitan and regional experience provides a unique understanding of both urban and rural communities, allowing her to work authentically across diverse environments and connect with people from all walks of life. With a collaborative and adaptable approach, Jeanette is available to work across Australia and internationally, partnering with individuals, organisations, communities and businesses seeking meaningful engagement, strong leadership and innovative project outcomes. Her experience working with diverse people and cultures allows her to build genuine relationships and create solutions that are responsive, inclusive and culturally aware.
