I'm Jeanette Seignior, founder of Jeanette Seignior & Associates.

For more than 30 years, I've worked with people, businesses, organisations and communities .

I help turn ideas into action, navigate change, develop leadership capability and create meaningful outcomes.

My career has taken me across business, local government, community development, tourism, events, project management, mentoring and coaching. While the roles have been varied, one thing has remained constant: people are at the heart of everything I do.

My Approach

I believe people often have more capability and more answers within themselves than they realise. Sometimes what they need is the space to think, the right questions, a different perspective and someone who genuinely listens.

That's what I bring to my coaching.

My style is warm, practical and straightforward. I work collaboratively with you to understand where you are now, where you'd like to be and what's getting in the way.

I don't believe in telling people how to live their lives or run their businesses. Instead, I help you gain clarity, recognise your strengths, challenge your thinking and identify practical steps that feel right for you.

My coaching is supported by decades of real world experience.

I have worked across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria with businesses, leaders, community organisations, government, event organisers and diverse stakeholder groups.

I've managed projects, developed events, worked with communities, facilitated partnerships and helped people bring ideas to life.

That experience means I understand that leadership and change don't happen in theory. They happen in real workplaces and real lives with competing priorities, different personalities, uncertainty, deadlines and the occasional unexpected challenge.

Why I Became a Coach

Throughout my career, I have always been drawn to helping people develop.

I've seen the difference that confidence, encouragement and the right conversation can make whether someone is stepping into leadership, changing direction, growing a business, dealing with uncertainty or simply wondering, "What's next for me?"

Coaching allows me to bring together what I've learned through decades of working with people with professional coaching skills and a genuine curiosity about what helps people move forward.

My perspective has been shaped by both metropolitan and regional life.

Growing up in Melbourne and later living and working in East Gippsland has given me an appreciation for different people, communities and ways of thinking.

I am naturally curious, enjoy meeting people and believe some of the best opportunities in life begin with a conversation.

I value authenticity, humour, resilience, creativity and connection and I bring those qualities to the way I work.
